Mississauga City Centre offers super accommodation options at an affordable budget. It is a cosmopolitan place full with stunning architecture including the landmark City Hall Building. A major portion of the current development has focused on residential units. These may be townhouses, hotel condo, apartment lofts or live and work units. The condominiums are being bought by investors, singles, couples, and families who want to call City Centre home.
As the Mississauga City Centre is going through revitalization phase, the requirement of housing units are increasing day by day. The new condo projects including Pinnacle Grand Park and Limelight have been announced to start this summer. The construction of Amacon’s community called The Parkside Village has also started as the site is being prepared for the construction of their phase 1.
There is still a need to build additional office space in Mississauga City Centre. So, people that are calling City Centre their home will have a place to work here as well. I think there has to be incentives given to builders that are interested in creating additional office space and the to the business who will relocate to the City Centre to take advantage of a vibrant workforce.
