Ovation I & II (3880 Duke of York, 3888 duke of York) are the two towers situated at the corner of the Duke of York and Burnhamthorpe facing the East direction. The towers were built by Tridel.

The towers are located near the Mississauga City hall, YMCA, Living Art centre and Square one. These towers occupy 30,000 square feet land.

Features

The condos are the piece of great spectacular stone work with dramatic threshold boulevard, traditional layouts and glass canopy. The towers offer a panoramic view of the Lake Ontario and the waterfalls.

The Ovation (I & II) includes the gym facility with the indoor pool services, bowling zone, whirlpool area, BBQ facility, winter gardens, high speed internet facility, sauna, theatres, golf course and sprinklers.
