Pinnacle International is a renowned developer of Pinnacle towers. These towers are located at Bay and Harbour. Mississauga City Centre is offering various new land developments to its residents and amongst those; the launch of this new project is also a great surprise for its citizens.

Last spring, Pinnacle International bought 36 acres at the northwest corner of Hurontario and Ellington and planned to build a number of high rise condominium buildings.

Now, they have planned a new project thus have bought a block which is a vacant land located at the east side of the Grand Park drive and extends by the whole block starting right from Burnhamthorpe Road to Webb Drive. They have proposed two condo towers in which the first one will be 28 storey high apartment building with retails stores at grade and the second tower shall be 38 storey high which will be on the southern side close to Webb Drive and grand park.Basically, these high rise shall be built on the west fringe of City Centre area of Mississauga and would be near to many existing condos that are situated on the Webb Drive. The area allocated for this site is about 1.68 acres and it can accommodate two apartment towers.

The west part of the site will include mid-rise apartments and townhouses.
